Quietly tucked away in a small village called Hurley, this a great barn if you want a big space to have your wedding…your way.The Monks’ Barn is a Grade II listed medieval barn offering a unique venue for wedding receptions, corporate events and parties.

The Monks barn in Hurley is 8m (25ft) wide and 32m (105ft) long and is divided into several sections.

The Barn is open for viewing by appointment in office hours Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday Monks’ Barn may be viewed between 10am and 12 noon.

The lobby, kitchen and toilet areas provides easy access for disabled people. The toilet facilities and kitchen area loead off the lobby. There are no cooking facilities on site, the kitchen has basic amenities. There is a fridge and washing up sink provided. Sockets are provided for your own microwave and kettles. 3.5m x 12.5m

The reception area is 8m x 12.5m and has electric sockets. The venue has a liimiter installed to control excessive volume levels.

The great hall is ideal for upto 150 guests style banquet or more if round tables are used. There is basic power provided from overhead beams via 13amp sockets. 8m x 19m
